App Crashes
- Update to the latest version of PrivacyInsights from the App Store
- Restart your iPhone completely
- If problem persists, reinstall the app (your settings will be preserved)
Bluetooth Scanner Doesn't Find Devices
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled in iOS Settings
- Grant the app Bluetooth permission in Settings → Privacy & Security
- Note: Some devices aren't discoverable (e.g., paired AirPods)
- Try moving closer to devices you expect to find
Network Scanner Doesn't Find Devices
- Verify you're connected to WiFi (not cellular data)
- Grant the app Local Network access in Settings
- Some networks block scanning for security reasons
- Try scanning from a different WiFi network
